Forand on behalf of the Hon’ble Lt.Governor of Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, e-tenders (In Single Cover System) are invited on Percentage basis for the below mentioned works from approved and eligible Contractors Registered with UT of J&K Govt. CPWD, JKPWD, MES, Railways, and other State/Central Governments as per pre-qualification criteria in this bid document for each of the following works: -

Structural/ Architectural Design, Consultancy and Preparation of DPR/ working estimate/BOQ, survey, Geotechnical or any other investigation required along with 3D model walk through and drawing for presentation (Digital as well as Hard copies). All working Drawings i.e. architectural, structural and services drawings along with digital layout plan, including technical vetting of Estimates/Drawings from IIT/NIT/DIQ for Services for Providing of Structural /Architectural drawings for various works under the territorial jurisdiction of R&B Projects Division-III, Srinagar
