Tender Description

The J&K Cable Car Corporation Ltd (The "Client") intends to implement the work: "ENGAGEMENT OF CONSULTANT FOR PREPARATION OF DETAILED PROJECT REPORT (DPR), DETAILED ENGINEERING DESIGNS, ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTANCY AND TENDER DOCUMENTS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF AN ICONIC HIGH-ALTITUDE REVOLVING RESTAURANT AT APHARWAT TOP STATION OF GULMARG GONDOLA PROJECT, UT OF J&K". The DPR and detailed designs are to be prepared based on the actual environmental, structural, climatic, and technical potential of the site, while keeping in view compliances with Environmental and Social factors, building codes, seismic and snow-load requirements, and international best practices for high-altitude alpine revolving restaurants.
